FAQ

1.)   How do I place an order on CII Brand Store?

Step 1
Browse via the product categories that you can find at the top of the page and refine your search with the options you can find on the left hand menu. For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. On each product page you will find information about size and color variations, stock availability for delivery and Click & Collect, product information, product delivery details, size chart, products ratings and reviews.

Step 2
If you decide to purchase an item, add the item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. Look out for matching or complementary items that may be available. Continue shopping across our store with brands you know and love.

Step 3
A list of all items within your Cart will be displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. r you can proceed to Checkout if you have added all your products.

Step 4
When you are ready to purchase your items, click the Cart button. This will take you to the 'Cart' which lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost. If any special offers are available on your chosen items, the details of these will be displayed in your 'Cart'. Make and update any changes to your order and remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one.

Step 5
If you have previously registered with us you can login now so that you can track your order. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with CII Store is a quick and easy process and allows you to track the progress of your orders; be the first in the know for any special offers; make a wish list of products you love and will make future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 6
Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method and Gift Wrap options including Greeting Card and then select your method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Step 7
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been dispatched from our Fulfilment Centre, including your tracking details.



2.) When will I receive confirmation from my order?

If you provided an email address a confirmation will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of placing your order.



3.) How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please call us at 1800-102-5871. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the ordering process. Please have your order number available when you on  call.



4.) How do I exchange or return an item?

Please contact Customer Service for information regarding Returns and Exchanges,we will arrange for the collection of the same from place, please do ensure that the products are in their original packaging with the tags in place. Hand over the item to our courier who will pick it up from your residence/office and we will be sending you a replacement immediately.





5.) How do I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please call us at 1800-102-5871. Please have your order number available when you call.



6.) How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information?

Order status and tracking information can be found by clicking on My Account then clicking on the order number. Please note we can only provide shipping status of items that we stock and ship.



7.) Using a Gift Card on an Order

First locate the 10 digit gift card number on the e-mail or gift card you received. To redeem your gift card please follow these simple steps.

1.     During the checkout process you will be prompted for a payment. You will type your gift card number on this page.  You will need to choose a payment method along with providing your gift card number incase your gift card does not cover all of your charges.

2.     Under the section titled "Pay By Gift Card" please type in your 10 digit gift card number in the box provided.  If you have more than one gift card to redeem click the "Add Another Gift Card" link to the right to add another box.  You can redeem up to 7 gift cards on one order.

3.     Click Continue once you have added all of your gift card numbers.

The review order screen will show the amount of gift cards that are to be applied to this order.



8.) Buying Gift Vouchers.

We offer  personalized virtual gift card option Gift card can be sent as soft copy vi Email as well as or hard copy via courier.  To order a virtual gift card please follow belowsimple steps.

1.     Access the virtual gift card product.

2.     Choose your design, select the amount of the card, and quantity of each.  You can order more than one however all gift cards will go to the same recipient of your choice.  To send to more than one recipient simply repeat this process for each recipient.

3.     Type your name or the person's name you want the gift card to go.

4.     Type the  email address that you want the gift card to go. It is important that this email address is correct / Valid

5.     Type a short message to appear on the gift card email (this is optional).

6.     Click Add to Cart

7.     Once the item is added to the cart you can follow the normal checkout process.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or special order merchandise. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
